I will conduct an audit on your current social media presence and how we can elevate your business depending on what it is you want. I will offer my advice and expertise and give you a presentation with ideas of what I would recommend and then we go from there. How is a social media strategy developed?

To develop your social media strategy, it is crucial that I understand your desired social media results. Whether it’s a rise in sales, inquiries, or website traffic. I can then use this information to brainstorm ideas, look at competitors and current media and then  customise and create branded content, copy, hashtags and give you a social media strategy that will help your business go to the next level.

How is Social Media Management implemented?

We are both aware that you must utilise social media to promote your business. Yes, it takes time to generate blog articles, graphics, a content strategy, align the plan with your products and services, respond to queries and comments, etc. You have attempted to publish frequently, but it is too time-consuming. How often will you make social media posts?

There are various packages available, each with a unique minimum posting requirement. However what makes Your Media Manager unique is that we offer bespoke packages and my team and I take great care in making sure that everything we do is on brand and communicates your message in your brand voice.

100 percent! Without a doubt! YES! Social media marketing is imperative in the digital world we live in today. Having an online presence is super important especially on platforms like Instagram, Tik Tok and Facebook. It’s a great way to reach your target audience, build your brand and sell your products or services and if done right can be an inexpensive way to grow your business.  Not having a good social media presence can actually be damaging to your company as a social media presence is now expected of any respectable organisation.

Which social media sites should my business be active on?

There is no definitive solution to this question, as you must be present wherever your clients are, however with the rise of Tiktok, the reels function on Instagram and the ease of paoting content to facebook from insta and vice versa these would definitely be my platforms of choice.

How many hours per week should social media marketing consume?

It is all real-time marketing, which is both a benefit and a downside of social media. The benefit of using social media is that you can reach your target audience in real time. The negative: Timing is crucial. This depends on elements such as the amount of time and effort you devote to social media marketing management, your budget, your target demographic, your approach, and whether or not you employ paid advertisements.
